EU Digital Services Act (DSA) — Content Reporting

FlashModeLearn operates as a micro-enterprise under DSA Art. 2(p) and is largely exempt from the DSA's more extensive obligations for very large or large online platforms. Nonetheless, we are committed to maintaining a lawful platform and provide this mechanism for reporting illegal or harmful content, in the spirit of the DSA (Regulation 2022/2065).

What Can Be Reported

You can report content that you believe is:

  • Illegal: Content that violates applicable law (e.g., hate speech, intellectual property infringement, fraud, privacy violations)
  • Harmful: Content that may cause harm to individuals or groups
  • Policy-violating: Content that violates our Terms of Service

How to Submit a Report

To report content, please send an email to dsa@flashmodelearn.com with the following information:

  • The URL or description of the content location
  • The type of issue (illegal content, harmful content, Terms violation)
  • A description of why the content should be removed
  • Your name and email address (optional, but required for follow-up)

As a micro-enterprise, response timelines are best-effort. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and review them as quickly as practicable.
