FlashModeLearn does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We never have, and we never will.

FlashModeLearn does not currently meet the revenue or consumer-volume thresholds that trigger mandatory compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) — which apply to businesses with annual gross revenue over $25 million or that buy, sell, or share the personal information of more than 100,000 consumers per year. We voluntarily provide this notice as a matter of transparency and good practice, and we are committed to honouring these rights regardless of legal obligation.
